Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with residents and colleagues.
  • The ability to work flexibly across various shifts and days to meet the changing needs of our residents.
  • Current First Aid Certificate desirable.
