Leadership Role in Primary School Age Childcare

This role presents a unique opportunity to excel as a leader in childcare, focusing on delivering high-quality care and creating unforgettable experiences for children. The position involves working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, with varying start and finish times.

About the Role:
  • You will be a key leader in our team, responsible for engaging with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
  • Assist in creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
  • Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
  • Play and have fun with primary school-aged children.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional childcare services to meet the needs of our children.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Participate in professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualification (or equivalent) as per ACECQA standards.
  • Prior experience in Before and After School Care or education is desirable but not essential.
  • Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A can-do attitude with a passion for creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
