Project Contract Management

We help our clients achieve their goals by providing a tailored approach to contract administration, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and risks are identified and mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractual relationships across all phases of the project
  • Administer contracts on behalf of clients: preparing and maintaining contract documentation, drafting notices and letters, administering contract obligations, and supporting payment claims
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and recommend practical responses
  • Offer guidance on contract requirements and compliance
  • Participate in project meetings and workshops

You will bring to the team:

  • Experience as a contract administrator, preferably administering contracts on behalf of a client
  • Background in energy, mining, construction, or related sectors is preferred
  • Experience with contracts and major supply manufacture equipment contracts is advantageous
  • Ideal candidates have up to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and organise work effectively
  • Comfortable working across different client systems and adaptable to new ways of working
  • Solutions-focused mindset, open to new approaches
  • Excellent clear communication skills
  • A team player who enjoys contributing to shared goals
