As a vital member of our marketing team, the Marketing Account Manager plays a key role in connecting clients and the marketing team to ensure smooth project execution and strong engagement.
Responsibilities- Travel to branches to equip staff with necessary marketing tools, knowledge, and training.
- Gather project details from clients and manage flow of information between clients and project teams.
- Utilize Salesforce and ClickUp to manage projects and assignments.
- Foster positive partnerships with clients by providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Lead onboarding orientation calls for branches and corporate individuals.
- Follow CCM's Roadmap for onboarding journeys.
- Encourage new hires to engage with automated and custom marketing solutions.
- Stay up to date with marketing offerings and present new products and services.
- Assist clients in expressing their needs to project teams.
- Sell marketing services to clients.
- Conduct onsite marketing trainings at branches to drive awareness and adoption.
- Interact and communicate across various stakeholder groups.
