Job Overview

This role is accountable for the execution of targeted marketing initiatives using diverse channels. You will collaborate with IT and Business Partners to maintain and enhance data, marketing technology, and campaign management environments.

You will focus on streamlining existing campaigns, designing scalable and repeatable processes, building relationships with business teams, documenting campaign design and procedures, troubleshooting data/campaign/channel issues, and supporting the transition to cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Adobe campaign management tools to design and deliver multi-channel leads.
  • Partner with Marketing Technology and Business Marketing team members to translate business objectives into executable marketing campaigns.
  • Engage in the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues within campaign workflows, integrations, and data syncs.
  • Provide solutions for accessing data across multiple platforms to support various business lines.
