Marketing Campaign Strategy Role

The ideal candidate for this marketing role will be responsible for delivering targeted marketing programs leveraging multiple channels. This individual will partner with IT and line of business partners to maintain and enhance data, marketing technology, and campaign management environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver omni-channel campaigns using Adobe tools such as Journey Optimizer, Experience Platform, and Journey Analytics.
  • Translate business goals into executable marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, proactive leads, and revenue for the organization.
  • Apply inquisitive communication skills to support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from gathering requirements to issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues within campaign workflows, integrations, and data syncs.
  • Provide solutions for accessing data on multiple platforms to support multiple lines of business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with relational databases, marketing technology, or SQL query-based analytic tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with IT, compliance, and line of business team members.
  • High attention to detail and ability to partner with analytics, IT, and compliance/risk teams.
