A challenging role for a skilled Software Engineer is available in the Azure Experiences and Ecosystems team.


About the Job

This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and performant data infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with product teams to capture meaningful signals across services.
  • Support shared tooling and pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Release frequent updates every week.

Requirements:
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline, with proven experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
    • OR equivalent experience.
    • Experience in a Data Engineer or Software Engineer role with a focus on cloud-based big data processing.
    • Be productive and effective when working in a highly collaborative environment.
    • Embrace code technologies like C#, Python, REST APIs.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to meet security screening requirements are required for this role.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • 1+ year(s) knowledge of data mining, machine learning, or information retrieval.
      • 1+ year(s) experience with Experimentation platforms and processing flighting telemetry.
      • 1+ year(s) knowledge of Azure, Synapse and Grafana.
      • 1+ year(s) of programming experience and a willingness to learn new programming languages/AI tools to meet goals and objectives.
