- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, including well developed negotiation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Build and sustain relationships; liaise with a range of stakeholders within and outside of the division.
- Adhere to the Australian Public Service Values, NMI values and Code of Conduct and consistently behave in an honest, ethical and professional way.
What you will do
As a Data Architect you will :
- In consultation with stakeholders, map existing data holdings, inputs and dependencies impacted by the project.
- Investigate and recommend optimisation of the use of data holdings for the different streams of the project.
- Design and implement data architecture and integration frameworks that enable best practice data lifecycle management and ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies and regulations.
- Design and implement documentation to support renewed data processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise existing reporting processes, including setting standards for data accuracy and quality.
- Monitor the effectiveness of revised and renewed data processes, adapting the approach when new information is presented.
