We are seeking a qualified professional to create inclusive programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework, collaborating with the Director and Early Childhood Teachers to implement and evaluate these initiatives.

This is a permanent full-time role offering above award rate pay, working across shifts including vacation time. As an educational leader, you will provide leadership when required, ensuring that our 3-5 year olds receive a high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework.
  • Collaborate with the Director and Early Childhood Teachers to implement and evaluate programs.
  • Provide educational leadership when required.
  • Create fun and engaging environments through play experiences.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current Working with Children Check clearance.
