About Our Team

Our team offers a range of indoor and outdoor play spaces, as well as age-appropriate resources. We aim to provide a positive and engaging environment for children and families, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Manager in leading and supervising the team, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
  • Maintain an outstanding learning environment, implementing developmentally appropriate programs and activities.
  • Collaborate with staff to promote children's learning and wellbeing, engaging with families to support their needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including child protection and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, approved by ACECQA.
  • Understanding of EYLF and NQS, with experience in implementing these frameworks.
  • Proven educator experience in an early childhood service, working with children aged 0–5 years.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
