Front Office Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our front office, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our guests.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of duty managers, receptionists, concierges, reservation agents, night auditors, and leisure attendants
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain a high standard of service by monitoring guest reviews and responding to feedback
  • Manage departmental expenditure and budgets
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager in a large 4-5 star hotel or resort
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Management
  • Cert IV in Frontline Management or Training and Assessment and First Aid Certificate
  • A valid Working with Children Check Qld Blue Card
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
