Oji Fibre Solutions is a leading producer of fibre-based packaging. We are committed to delivering innovative, environmentally sustainable products, and working collaboratively to develop solutions that enhance the competitiveness of our customers. The Yatala plant is a state of the art, modern facility which manufactures corrugated cardboard boxes which play an important part in the presentation, protection, and transportation of customer products in the Horticulture, Meat, Industrial, FMCG and Paper Products segments.
Responsibilities
As part of the business support/customer service team, your strong organisational and relationship building skills will enable you to continually improve the customer experience and provide superior internal support to the sales team, whilst your analytical capabilities will accurately estimate, quote and prepare thorough tenders to secure profitable work for the QLD business.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, exhibit a 'can do' attitude and have a huge passion for delivering results.
A background within a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment would be highly regarded as would experience in sales estimating/quotations.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Customer Service Rep who wants to stretch their existing skill set and expand their career.

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment process, including drug and alcohol testing and a police check.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
Experience in customer service, sales estimating/quotations or related roles in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
