The Edmund Rice Education Australia is seeking a seasoned educational leader to fill the position of Head of Campus. This exciting opportunity will see you take on the responsibility of leading one of our campuses, driving academic excellence, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
As Head of Campus, you will be responsible for maintaining and building effective relationships with local stakeholders, developing and implementing curriculum that caters to individual learning needs, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of students in an inclusive setting.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain and build effective working relationships with local custodians, local schools, government and non-government agencies, private providers, and community members.
- Develop and implement learning choices (curriculum) which support the individual learning plans of each young person.
- Participate in program provision to ensure wellbeing in an inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school environment.
- Participate in professional development that is relevant to the work of the campus - this may include the need to travel to Townsville or Brisbane.
- Contribute to the accountability processes including, reporting, individual personal learning plans, and requirements for NCCD.
- Work in and as part of a multi-disciplinary, inter-disciplinary supportive learning team.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 12.75% Superannuation contribution
- Salary sacrificing benefits, including FBT exempt payments of up to $15,900 p/a
