The Edmund Rice Education Australia Flexible Schools Ltd is seeking a Head of Campus to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of our campus.
This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with local custodians, local schools, government and non-government agencies, private providers, and community members.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing learning choices that support the individual learning plans of each young person, as well as participating in program provision to ensure wellbeing in an inclusive learning environment.
The successful applicant must possess the capacity to lead an organisational culture that aligns with the Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition and the social justice emphasis of Edmund Rice Education Australia.
