Care Services Coordinator

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in delivering exceptional care services.
- Located at a prestigious facility in the Adelaide Hills
- The ideal candidate must be willing to work up to 6 shifts per fortnight
- If required, must be available to work morning, afternoon & night shifts
- If required, must be contactable to fill shifts at short notice
As a Care Assistant, you will provide direct care in a dignified and respectful manner, focusing on delivering excellence in customer service to our residents. Following established care plans, you will assist with:
- Personal care
- Daily living tasks
- General mobility
You will create a warm and welcoming environment that aims to maximise quality of life with a person-centred approach.
Requirements- A minimum of 6 months experience after receiving your qualification
- Valid working rights in Australia
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
