Calleo is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in evaluating program design and aligning it with client outcomes, objectives, and funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Design and Alignment: Collaborate with the Assistant Director to evaluate program design and ensure it meets client requirements.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to procure programs that deliver Australian Government commitments.
  • Contract Management: Manage the procurement process, including drafting and submitting relevant documentation, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
  • Tender Evaluation: Evaluate tender responses and provide feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
  • Contract Negotiation: Support contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring contracts align with departmental policies and legal requirements.
  • Consultations and Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement and Grants Section, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Agreement Management: Enter agreements into SAP Contracts.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Minimum NV1 clearance required.
  • Education and Experience: Relevant qualifications and experience in procurement, contract management, and government contracting.
