Drive Business Innovation

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the implementation and continual optimisation of business systems to support strategic objectives.

  • Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will work closely with other business units and technology partners to define and design solutions, deliver projects, and maintain solutions.
  • You will provide advice, support, and training to staff for their use of business applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to providing modern productivity tools across the business by providing in-depth application and systems experience.
  • Ensure people, process, and technology put information and cyber-security at the forefront.
  • Advise and consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these to a roadmap of proposed capability improvements.
  • Define, document, and implement solutions and processes to ensure business systems are integrated with whole-of-business systems.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • 5+ years in business solutions implementation and systems projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft solutions, including Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Azure Dev Ops, and data management practices.
  • The ability to analyse information, identify problems, navigate complex scenarios, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders, embedding governance, and accuracy in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design.
  • A keen interest in implementing new technology solutions that make a tangible difference.
