Job Overview:
As a
Junior Business Analyst
, you'll help deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to institutions within our national sporting network. You'll be closely involved in the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment - under the guidance of senior consultants and delivery teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Support gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
Assist in user testing, training, and deployment efforts
Help create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
Conduct competitor, product, or market research
Attend internal and stakeholder meetings, taking structured notes
Aid in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
Your Skills:
Currently studying Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or related field
Available to work
2-3 days per week
alongside studies
Hands-on experience in sport, as a player, referee, or coach so you understand the game from the inside
Strong interest in how technology enhances athlete and fan experiences
Organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, or Miro is a plus
