As a leading provider of commercial and industrial cleaning services, we are seeking a passionate, qualified, and enthusiastic full-time contract manager for our commercial contracts in the Southeastern Suburbs.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will need to be based in the Southeastern Suburbs of Melbourne and have past success in management, with a proven ability to deliver results against key performance areas. They will lead and develop a team, develop operational disciplines, think tactically and strategically, and manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality service inspections and audits as scheduled
  • Identify contracts at risk and develop action plans to prevent loss
  • Assist in key client liaison to ensure smooth transition of operational changes
  • Mobilise the start-up of new contracts and provide support to the wider team
  • Train and educate cleaning staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a service-based industry working with medium to large corporate clients
  • Ability to understand and relate to clients across multiple sites
  • Credibility with clients demonstrated by professionalism, discretion, and sound commercial acumen
  • Current/valid WWCC and potentially random drug and alcohol testing
  • Full Australian Drivers' licence
