Make a positive impact on the environment by driving the growth of our Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) network across Victoria. As a seasoned partnerships and channel manager, you will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, mobilizing the RVM network, and ensuring operational excellence.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to making a difference in the community. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Securing new partnerships and maintaining existing ones to drive business growth
  • Providing on-the-ground support to ensure the successful deployment of the RVM network
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including RVM landlords and partners
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delivering training and support to ensure seamless operations

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in partnerships and relationship management, with experience working across multiple sites. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
