Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Production Specialist to join our team at Trak Recruiting, Scarlett Recruitment, and Trak HR. As a key member of our Design and Production team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the production of high-quality garments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Design and Production Teams: Work closely with the design team to transition initial concepts into final samples, ensuring timely and accurate production.
  • Develop Tech Packs: Create initial tech packs alongside the design team for sample development, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Conduct Quality Control: Measure garments and provide feedback on manufacturing finishes for all samples, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Communicate with Suppliers: Liaise daily with suppliers in China regarding re-fits, fabrics, finishes, and grading, ensuring seamless production.
  • Coordinate with Production Team: Maintain constant communication with the production team to ensure adherence to timelines and critical paths.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ Years' Experience: In a similar role, ideally within women's fashion, with a strong understanding of production processes.
  • Tertiary Education: In Design, Pattern Making, and Grading is essential for this role.
  • Industry-Standard Software: Proficiency with software such as Excel, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
  • Pattern Making and Grading: Essential experience in pattern making and grading is necessary for this position.
  • Fabric Testing and Quality Assurance: Expertise in fabric testing, textile properties, and quality assurance is required.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines is necessary.
