White Fox Boutique is a leading fashion brand seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join their team.

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for monitoring the critical path and liaising daily with offshore factories to ensure deadlines are met.

You will assist the Design & Production Manager with the day-to-day running of the department, working closely with the design team to deliver and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as fashion or textiles, and demonstrated experience in a similar production specialist or manager role.

You will have strong relationships with factories and sourcing capabilities, with excellent negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will have a passion for the overall production manufacturing process and seeing the final product.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the critical path and liaising daily with offshore factories to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assisting the Design & Production Manager with day-to-day running of the department
  • Working with the design team to deliver and meet deadlines
  • Ensuring efficient flow of production processes and approval between design and production samples
  • Working closely with suppliers to produce packaging and labels for all collections
  • Building and maintaining close working relationships with suppliers, warehouses, and freight forwarders
  • Coordinating air and LCL freight from suppliers into warehouse
  • Liaising and negotiating with factories to approve all garment costings
  • Managing all factory invoicing for Production department

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree or qualification in relevant field (e.g. fashion, textiles)
  • Demonstrated experience in similar production specialist or manager role
  • Strong relationships with factories and sourcing capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Passion for production manufacturing process
  • Garment construction knowledge
  • Good communication and MS Office computer skills
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role
