Job Overview

As a Delivery Lead / Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a modern data infrastructure and facilitating delivery across multiple development streams. This exciting opportunity is based in Newcastle, NSW, and offers a 6-month contract with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate agile planning and delivery across cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee sprint ceremonies, monitor progress across development and testing phases, and champion best practices to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Blend Scrum Master responsibilities with hands-on delivery coordination in dynamic environments.
Requirements for Success
  • Proven experience in delivery coordination or Scrum Master roles within complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog and sprint management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive delivery outcomes.
