Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate customer service professional to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Administrative Support: Assist the clinic team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  3. Clinical Support: Collaborate with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide quality patient care, including conducting audiological tests, fitting hearing aids, and providing aftercare support.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of hearing health and related products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
