System Integration Specialist

As a systems integration specialist, you will play a pivotal role in unifying disparate systems and capabilities across multiple platforms.

With expertise in managing shared spaces, ensuring that technologies and resources are efficiently integrated to meet the operational needs of diverse teams and systems, you will be instrumental in driving our team's success.

The mission ahead requires your ability to collaborate across functional areas, identify integration challenges, and design seamless solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points, analyze and resolve integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and platforms, and manage the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions to enhance shared space performance.

With a strong understanding of system architecture, capabilities integration, and lifecycle management, you will lead the integration of shared space capabilities across diverse systems, platforms, and teams. Your technical expertise and forward-thinking mindset will ensure that shared space capabilities are optimized for performance, efficiency, and mission success.

In this role, you will conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for system integrations, provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, and communicate technical findings and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of shared space capabilities across diverse systems, platforms, and teams.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of shared space resources and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points.
• Analyze and resolve integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and platforms.
• Manage the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions to enhance shared space performance.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
• Monitor system performance and address any issues related to shared space capabilities.
• Communicate technical findings and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must be a US or Australian citizen.
• Must possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have 7 years of related experience supporting large systems and sub-systems.
• Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Proven experience in systems integration, particularly in shared space or collaborative environments.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, capabilities integration, and lifecycle management.
• Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and integrations.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in shared space or multi-platform integration.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system testing, validation, and performance optimization techniques.
