Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Data Center Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and troubleshooting hardware, as well as decommissioning equipment for simple changes and refreshes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures to quickly identify the cause(s) of issues and replace faulty components with minimal disruption.
  • Conduct post-execution quality checks to ensure that grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling are set up properly according to safety protocols and deployment standards.
  • Decommission hardware for simple changes and refreshes (e.g., memory upgrades, rebuilds) following standard procedures.
  • Communicate and report incidents to appropriate management units and engineering specialists, escalating issues as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
