Job Description

We're focused on creating seamless digital experiences. As a Technology Solutions & Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for deploying and integrating systems to build a connected digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and integrate systems to enhance the digital landscape.
  • Implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and RPA tools to drive efficiency.
  • Optimise integrations between core platforms to streamline workflows.
  • Design, document, and improve business processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Enhance workflows for client onboarding/offboarding and job management.
  • Develop centralised documentation in SharePoint and Teams to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Provide hands-on support to staff using business systems.
About You
  • Experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Platform or RPA is required.
  • A background in professional services (accounting, legal, or financial services preferred) will be beneficial.
  • Strong skills in process documentation and digital workflow design are essential.
  • Solid knowledge of systems integration and operational optimisation is necessary.
