Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Role Overview

Fly-in fly-out work opportunities are available from Perth: alternating periods of 8 days on, 6 days off and 7 nights on, 7 days off.

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead and support a team in the maintenance of all non-plant infrastructure on site. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with mine safety regulations and oversee the electrical integrity of assets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Mines Safety Inspection Regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain asset electrical integrity, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of electrical standards, weekly schedules, operating procedures and protocols.
About You:
  • Leadership experience in a heavy industry environment is required.
  • A WA "A grade" Electrical Licence or Engineering qualification is essential.
  • Proficiency in SAP, planning and work management is expected.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance best practices is necessary.
  • A proven track record of championing safety initiatives and fostering a culture of trust and accountability is desirable.
