We are seeking an exceptional Digital Activation Executive to join our team at Spark Foundry. As a key member of our digital media team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering high-impact campaigns for our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about digital media and has a proven track record of success in managing paid search and paid social channels. You will be responsible for ensuring that client investments deliver against their business objectives, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the development of our team's skills and expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that drive business growth and meet client objectives;
  • Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and campaign efficiency;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery;
  • Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and expertise;
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are always at the forefront of digital innovation.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for digital media and a proven track record of success in managing paid search and paid social channels. The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital media role, with a focus on paid search and paid social;Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Search Engine and Social Media marketing, backed by relevant experience;Expert working knowledge of Australian media landscape;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform strategic decisions;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work;A willingness to learn and grow with the company, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
