About the Role
  • You will be working closely with customers to understand their property goals and provide expert advice on home loans.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments, guiding customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the home loan process.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your client base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our processing team to ensure seamless deal submissions.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or willingness to obtain it.
  • Background in sales or customer service roles.
  • Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your store.
  • Passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams.
