As a retail mortgage broker, you will be responsible for managing phone, online and walk-in enquiries, assisting leads provided to you by the company, connecting with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks, providing lending advice to customers, and guiding them through the home loan application process.

  • Manage customer interactions and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous but not essential
  • A background in sales or customer service is highly valued
