Job Description

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective induction programs, working closely with departmental managers to create training plans, recommending appropriate training programs, and assessing the impact of training on employees' skills and performance.

 

Additionally, you will develop, administer, and/or oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; health and safety; redundancy and retrenchment policies; and training and development.

 

As a Human Resource Manager, you will also create and establish comprehensive occupational health and safety programs, ensuring that developed programs are implemented throughout the organization. You will continuously assess and monitor workplace conditions, conducting safety audits and inspections to maintain a safe work environment. Furthermore, you will develop procedures for responding to workplace accidents and assist in investigating such incidents to prevent recurrence.

 

You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment and develop a strong organizational culture through the design and implementation of new policies, regulations, culture-related activities, and improvements in employee welfare.

 

Furthermore, you will assist in the annual budget evaluation, adjustment, and calibration of the labor cost budget, including allowances, training expenses, recruitment costs, welfare, traveling expenses etc.

 

Measure and evaluate the productivity levels of employees and teams. Track KPIs and identify areas where cost-effective measures can be implemented or where productivity can be improved.

 

Provide feedback to managers and department heads regarding the productivity and performance of their teams.

 

Coordinate and conduct onboard training for new employees on the company's structure, personnel policies, internal procedures, history, and regulations.

 

Cooperate with external partners on behalf of the organization, ensuring that the organization remains in line with all statutory requirements. Negotiate remuneration and compensation packages, with union representatives and employees to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the organization's financial capabilities.

 

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, law changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management;
  • 2+ years prior work experience in HR management or related roles;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, regulations, and best practices;
  • Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking abilities;
  • Strong leadership and people management skills;
  • Proficiency in resolving workplace conflicts and employee issues in a fair and unbiased manner;
  • The capacity to lead and support organizational change and transformation initiatives;
  • The capacity to align HR strategies with the organization's overall business goals and objectives;
  • High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in all HR matters;
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other departments and senior management to achieve organizational goals.
