
Strategic Go-to-Market Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Go-to-Market Lead to spearhead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategies within Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
- This is a challenging role that offers you the opportunity to significantly impact both our sales channels and customer experiences.
- You will create and deliver comprehensive go-to-market initiatives, prioritizing activities to achieve the best overall outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align on strategies, accountabilities, and deliverables.
- Develop and present detailed go-to-market plans for presentation to senior leaders and executive stakeholders for approval.
- Manage the delivery into market and channel, tracking progress, guiding go/no-go decisions, and ensuring sales readiness.
- Lead the go-to-market working group and support the go-to-market steering committee, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring coordinated execution.
- Act as a segment champion across all go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with segment strategy and customer needs.
Requirements:
- You have proven experience in a go-to-market, marketing, product, or project management role, ideally within telecommunications sectors.
- You possess a degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
- You excel at collaborating within a matrixed organization, with outstanding stakeholder management skills.
- You are a strong communicator with a proactive reporting style, capable of influencing across all levels.
