Job Title: Home Support Worker

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality personal care and support services.
  • Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and general care routines.
  • Document observations and share updates with the care team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in aged care is highly regarded.
