About the Position

As an Assistant, you will provide daily personal care and support to residents, promoting independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate care and daily living support
  • Assist with meals, hydration, and general routines

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
  • Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring nature
  • Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
