Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network.

About the Position:
  • Provide generalist physiotherapy services to patients across various hospital and community settings in the Adelaide Hills, Southern Fleurieu, and Barossa/Gawler areas.
  • Utilise preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy, and evaluation approaches to deliver outpatient and/or inpatient physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain your own caseload and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of assessments, review, referrals, and client files.
  • Apply client-centred practice and community engagement principles in service provision, ensuring clients are meaningfully involved in their care.
  • Collaborate with an inter-professional approach to provide holistic healthcare.
Requirements:
  • Recognised qualification within the Physiotherapy profession and eligibility for full membership of the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
  • Experience in providing straightforward clinical physiotherapy services, including one-on-one, group, and health promotion activities.

Working with Us:
