Senior Educator – Goodstart Banksia Grove

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you\u2019ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You\u2019ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Banksia Grove

Multiple room centre from Nursery, Toddler and Kindy (Kindergarten) — this role is for our Nursery room.

You\u2019ll need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current WA Working with Children Check
