Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with job seekers to understand their needs and provide tailored support to help them gain meaningful employment.
  • Motivate and coach job seekers to develop the skills required for successful employment.
  • Identify transferable skills and create a personalized plan to help job seekers progress towards the labor market.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and administrative skills.
  • Ability to build successful relationships and work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Solid computer literacy skills and previous experience in providing exceptional customer service would be an advantage.
