Key responsibilities include:

General Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.
Interview Preparation: Preparing and recording interview material and notes for easy reference.
Candidate Management: Setting up and managing jobs and placements in our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication.
Resume Formatting: Formatting resumes for client presentations, showcasing your attention to detail and creativity.
Temporary Staff Support: Preparing induction documentation and assignment confirmations for temporary staff, streamlining the onboarding process.
Administrative Support: Providing internal administrative support, including file management and maintaining organizational systems.
