About You

You will be a compassionate and values-driven leader, possessing a strong understanding of the importance of lived experience in shaping effective mental health supports. As an inclusive and community-minded individual, you bring curiosity, integrity, and care to your leadership.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of senior leadership experience within a mental health setting
  • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Nursing, Psychology, or another related field, with relevant registration (e.g. AHPRA)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a designated lived experience workforce
  • Demonstrated expertise in embedding lived experience across models of care
  • Capacity to analyse data, identify trends, and inform decision-making to improve service delivery
  • Compliance with necessary checks (National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check)
