Job Title

A Field Service Technician is required to maintain and repair laundry equipment in commercial and industrial sites.

The employing company provides laundry-based equipment to care homes, hospitals, dry cleaners, and industrial sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all laundry equipment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install new laundry equipment into commercial and industrial sites.
  • Fault find and troubleshoot as required to minimize downtime.
  • Provide an excellent customer service at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Endorse company products by promoting their features and benefits.
  • Professionally represent the employing company through interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Electrical/Mechanical trade qualification; Unrestricted electricians license or relevant experience.
  • Skills and Experience: 5 years of experience in a related field; Technically capable of interpreting electrical schematic diagrams/drawings; Familiar with health and safety regulations; Holding a valid and in date driving license is mandatory.
  • International Applicants: For visa sponsorship, you must meet the requirements as set out by the Australian Department of Home Affairs, including but not limited to passing an English proficiency exam.
