About the Opportunity

A key leadership role exists for a senior professional to coordinate and undertake engineering assessments for development applications, ensuring alignment with all relevant legislation and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and undertake engineering assessments for Development Applications;
  • Manage post-consent processes including Subdivision Works Certificates and approvals under the Roads Act 1993 and Local Government Act 1993;
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of professionals across engineering and development planning;

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or equivalent);
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in development engineering assessments and determinations;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing applications for Subdivision Works Certificates and Roads Act approvals;
