Infrastructure Support Engineer

Nous avons un poste permanent disponible pour un Ingénieur en Infrastructure qui rejoindra notre équipe mondiale. Le principal objectif de ce rôle sera de fournir un support opérationnel de 3ème ligne pour les charges de travail quotidiennes à l'échelle mondiale et d'apporter un soutien à la mise en œuvre de tout projet ou nouvelle technologie. Parmi les responsabilités clés, on peut citer :
Support de 3ème ligne des produits Microsoft Back Office, y compris Exchange/IIS/ISA/DNS/WINS/DHCP/AD, garantissant la disponibilité complète des systèmes Surveillance de toutes les applications serveur et infrastructure Gestion et support de toutes les infrastructures EQL, EMC SAN et HP 3PAR, Hyper-V/VMWare et Citrix/VMWare VDI Support et maintenance de tous les systèmes back office et services associés à l'échelle mondiale dans des environnements physiques et virtuels Configuration et support des services Active Directory, des stratégies de groupe, des serveurs anti-virus et web.Une description complète du poste, y compris une répartition des responsabilités, peut être trouvée sur notre page carrière.
