We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality residential projects across the Sydney Metro area.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of a diverse portfolio of residential projects, ranging from detailed renovations to complex rebuilds. You will be responsible for managing 5-6 active projects at a time, coordinating with trades and subcontractors to ensure each job stays on track, on spec, and on time.

Your role is delivery-focused, with support from a Project Manager, Claims Resolution Manager, and a hands-on Director. This will free you up to run the sites efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Experienced Site Manager or senior Leading Hand ready to take the next step
  • Background in carpentry or robust technical building skills
  • Experience in high-end residential renovations is highly desirable
  • Insurance building experience is a bonus – although we are happy to train the right person
  • Confident reading and interpreting plans and scopes of work
  • Highly organized with strong scheduling abilities
  • Pride in quality and a keen eye for workmanship and finishing detail
  • Self-motivated, scope-driven, and takes full ownership of delivery
  • Personable and empathetic – able to manage client relationships with care
  • Assertive and vocal in managing trades to meet deadlines and standards
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused, and always one step ahead
