Senior Motion Designer Opportunity

Are you a creative professional with exceptional visual storytelling skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where innovation is key?

We're seeking a highly talented Senior Motion Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for crafting compelling motion designs that bring our brand to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in motion design, editing, and storytelling. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting high-impact motion designs that capture attention and drive engagement
  • Collaborating with designers, writers, and other creatives to develop cohesive content strategies
  • Leading motion design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and quality results
  • Mentoring junior creatives and sharing knowledge to foster growth and development
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve workflows and outcomes

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in video, motion, or creative roles
  • A strong folio and reel demonstrating exceptional motion design, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Deep experience working across social platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid social
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with AI platforms like Veo 3, Runway, Sora, or Pika
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for guiding junior creatives
