About this OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Coach to provide guidance, support and training to caregivers, helping them develop their skills and manage the challenges of their roles. The successful candidate will work closely with caregivers to address their concerns, provide personalized coaching and offer practical solutions to enhance their caregiving experience.
This role would be suitable for someone who has worked as a coach or trainer in an aged care setting. We require someone with strong administrative skills, leadership abilities to have difficult conversations and the ability to recognize and review the quality of care provided to our clients.
This role involves travel between suburbs in the Brisbane North, Moreton Bay and Caboolture areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to caregivers to assist them in providing quality care.
- Conduct training on client-specific requirements and equipment in the client's home.
- Track the progress of caregivers, providing feedback and adjustments to ensure quality of care.
- Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team by maintaining records in systems and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
