The role entails providing administrative and clerical support to the team, serving as the primary contact for incoming calls and public enquiries, managing email inboxes and mail, overseeing data entry and record-keeping, and maintaining electronic and physical records.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and public enquiries.
- Manage service email inbox and process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Oversee accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Maintain and manage both electronic and physical records.
- Document and track maintenance requests.
- Coordinate the booking system for resources as needed.
- Organized and efficient with multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Thrives in a team environment and always willing to lend a hand.
- Confident working with databases, Microsoft Office, and internal systems.
- Experience in a healthcare or community service setting is an advantage.
