Job Description

This is a Fire Suppression Technician Trainee position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest level of presentation as a representative of our organization.

The role involves assisting customers in the use of pre-engineered fire protection systems and equipment, effectively communicating with them, and ensuring punctuality.

Additionally, the Fire Suppression Technician Trainee will be responsible for complying with all customer requirements, as defined by the contract, and ensuring the effective management of available time and resources.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the fire protection industry, including fire hose reels, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants, and be able to obtain industry accreditation.

Cert II in Asset Maintenance - Fire Protection Systems with relevant Cert III modules completed for the industry competency qualification is also required.

The successful candidate will be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prepare written reports and quotations where required.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the fire protection industry, including fire hose reels, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
