Client Services Officer Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The Client Services Department is the central point of access for Allied health, Theatre and Day Surgery at Kyabram and all internal and external services at the Stanhope Health site.

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the initial contact for many entering our Health Service, you will be responsible for providing a positive and friendly image of what we stand for and our values of Caring, Inclusive, Versatile, Accountable and Collaborative.

About This Role
  • You will work closely with the Client Services Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • You will provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • You will assist in the coordination of events and activities, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have:

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while managing time effectively to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision and show high levels of initiative whilst understanding limitations to Scope of Practice.
  • Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office products and the ability to work with multiple software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict information Privacy (Confidentiality)
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills that support and enhance positive relationships.
  • Ability to communicate, support and facilitate ease of access to services for all clients/patients regardless of age, culture or ability.
