Job Overview

The successful candidate will design and build databases, schemas, stored procedures and other database objects.

They must have a strong understanding of Oracle Database administration including security, data recovery, performance monitoring and tuning.

We are looking for someone proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements with experience in Oracle Recovery Manager, Grid Infrastructure, Real Application Clusters and Automatic Storage Management.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to make quick and accurate decisions are essential. The candidate will provide consulting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build databases, schemas, stored procedures and other database objects.
  • Administer Oracle Database systems including security, data recovery, performance monitoring and tuning.
  • Write and optimize SQL statements.
  • Utilize Oracle Recovery Manager, Grid Infrastructure, Real Application Clusters and Automatic Storage Management.
Requirements

A strong understanding of Oracle Database administration is required.

Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL statements is also necessary.

Experience with Oracle Recovery Manager, Grid Infrastructure, Real Application Clusters and Automatic Storage Management is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to make quick and accurate decisions are essential.
